Your Rights

Data-protection regulations grant you rights over the personal data MatchPulse holds about you. We honour these rights regardless of where you are based.

The rights you have

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you, free of charge once per year.
• Right to rectification — have incorrect or outdated data corrected.
• Right to erasure — have data deleted when it is no longer needed.
• Right to restriction — pause our processing while we verify a complaint.
• Right to portability — receive your data in CSV or JSON, or have it sent to another controller where technically possible.
• Right to object — object to processing, in particular to direct marketing, which we stop immediately.
• Withdrawing consent — withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

Pulse votes are local

The matches you vote on live only in your browser's localStorage. To erase them, clear your browser storage for matchpulsing.net — no request to us is needed and nothing leaves your device.

How to make a request

Send requests to [email protected] from the email address you registered with, or reply "stop" to any push notification to unsubscribe instantly. We respond within thirty days.

Complaints

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.
